Few backdrops are as spectacular as Hampton Court Palace. From 23rd to 25th May, our Elephants on Parade Explorers performed in its historic grounds as part of The Big Bahooey at Hampton Court Palace 2026. Bringing our acts to such an iconic royal setting was a real privilege. The palace gave us a truly unforgettable stage for a weekend of family fun.
The Big Bahooey celebrates entertainment, activity and adventure, and our Explorer Elephants fitted right into the spirit of it all. With their sense of curiosity and wonder, they roamed the palace gardens as though discovering every corner for the first time. Their charm and gentle character suited a setting steeped in history and grandeur perfectly. As a result, they quickly became a highlight for visitors of all ages.
Families exploring this year’s Bahooey celebrations enjoyed magical encounters with our gentle giants around every turn. Whether posing for photographs, greeting excited children, or simply ambling through the crowds, the Explorer Elephants created moments of joy and surprise against one of the country’s most recognisable royal backdrops. There’s something special about seeing our acts framed by centuries of history.
It was a wonderful few days, and exactly the kind of large-scale, high-profile event our performers love. Heritage, spectacle and circus charm combined to create a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Finally, our heartfelt thanks go to everyone at Hampton Court Palace and the Big Bahooey team for having us. It was a real honour to be part of The Big Bahooey at Hampton Court Palace 2026, and we hope to return soon.
