Leicester Mela

We arrived on a cold grey morning to perform for the Leicester Mela right next to the historic clock tower which was Britain’s first traffic island….the story goes that when horse drawn vehicles all converged on the area known as the Haymarket from six streets, causing chaos….it was all very organised the day we were there and delightfully the smells, sights and sounds of the event blew the cold and grey away….
